The house has about 625 m2. built and is perfectly rehabilitated preserving the best artistic elements of the original project. Also called Casa Serinyana or Casa Blava, due to its magnificent architectural elements of an intense blue color, it represents a work of art on the seafront that meets the expectations of the most demanding public eager to possess these unique pieces that differentiate them from others.

Its curved exterior façade, with its two imposing towers, is a treat for the eyes and stands out clearly from the rest of the houses located in the area. The interior with its three floors and a converted attic has been lovingly restored by the second owner in 1983. The materials used for the restoration were carefully chosen to match the original features. Among other things, the color of the Art Nouveau tiles, the ceiling frescoes, the main staircase decorated with floral ceramic panels and the wrought iron work on the doors and windows were restored. The aura of this modernist property has been further enhanced by a selection of antique furniture and beautiful Murano glass chandeliers.

It is, without a doubt, a property that cannot be measured by the usual standards for art lovers who want to enjoy a prestigious and quality life right next to the sea in one of the most beautiful fishing villages in the world.
